RESEARCH
LOGIK Health is developing and evaluating a deterministic clinical governance platform designed to improve the reliability, continuity, and measurability of nurse-provider clinical workflows while preserving independent clinical judgment.
Explore the Research Framework
Changes in condition frequently unfold across multiple assessments, communications, providers, and nursing shifts. Existing tools can help collect information, transmit a message, or document an encounter, but the clinical event itself may remain fragmented across those activities.
LOGIK is examining whether the clinical event can instead be managed as one persistent, governed operational process.
Clinical event governance is the structured management of a clinical concern from recognition through assessment, prioritization, provider notification, awareness, response, reassessment, handoff, and documented resolution.
1. Technical conformance
Determine whether the production engine consistently implements the defined clinical governance model.
2. Governance fidelity
Evaluate whether nurses and providers can complete intended workflows consistently through standardized clinical simulation.
3. Implementation readiness
Develop the training, validation, workflow, and deployment framework required for prospective facility evaluation.
LOGIK’s research framework examines whether the communication process operates as intended. These measures complement, but do not replace, traditional clinical and operational outcomes.

Communication completeness
Provider decision readiness

LOGIK Health has submitted a Phase I Small Business Innovation Research application to the National Institutes of Health for scientific review. The proposed research focuses on technical feasibility, governance fidelity, workflow performance, provider decision readiness, and implementation readiness.
Application submission and scientific review do not constitute NIH funding, validation, or endorsement.
LOGIK’s staged validation approach begins with deterministic conformance testing and standardized clinical simulation. These findings will inform prospective evaluation with skilled nursing and post-acute care partners.
